Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The Store Clerk will assist
customers, maintain the store’s cleanliness, and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system.
- Restock shelves and ensure all items are properly displayed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
surfaces and store housekeeping. - Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to
management. - Follow company and WIC policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

food options while delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Position Overview:
We operate multiple locations throughout Texas, and we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant
Aera Manager to assist the District Area Manager for West Texas. The ideal candidate will assist in leading the
store team, transporting products to stores, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with company
policies and WIC program.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure great customer service.
- Help manage employee schedules.
Operations:
- Drive a company box truck to deliver products (CDL not required).
- Ensure stores follow company policies and WIC guidelines.
- Support inventory tasks: ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
Customer Service & Outreach:
- Provide excellent service and resolve customer issues.
- Build relationships with local WIC clinics and participants.
Admin Support:
- Fill in for the District Manager as needed.
- Complete other assigned duties given by management.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record; able to drive a box truck.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and travel between locations.
- Retail, grocery, or WIC experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Skilled in inventory management and reporting.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
